Lasting around 1 hour, our workshops are usually organised as after-school clubs or within the school holidays as extended lessons. During the school term, our after-school club features talks about general nutrition, learning about smaller side dishes, and making different recipes. We can build up your children’s skills so that they are able to create a full meal from home.
This includes making the meal from scratch and at the end of each term, we focus on being able to create a starter, main meal, and a pudding. Our after-school club times are as follows:
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. | 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Our highly qualified nutritionists also talk about nutritional advice and information, and discuss creating meals and being able to carry out the complete process in the kitchen. Your children can then sample the dish they have created or take it home. Available 3 times a day, our workshop times are as follows:
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. | 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
These are available on a Saturday for those who would like to attend a class over the weekend. Our 1-hour workshops include discussions on nutritional advice and information, and each week we create a small dish that eventually leads to your child being able to create a full main meal. Our Saturday workshops times are as follows:
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. | 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. | 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Our workshops are also available for any occasion and provide the perfect setting for a children’s party. If you have any enquiries, please contact us with the details of your party and we will offer you a free quotation.
